Dr. Patel is a licensed psychologist (PSY30800) and founder of Psychotherapy Movement. With training and experience working with vastly diverse populations and cultural backgrounds throughout several counties in California, he remains committed to simplifying access to mental health care to reduce psychological pain and suffering. Dr. Patel specializes in treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma through a relational perspective that takes into account the whole life experience of the individual. It is through this whole-person experience, within one's unique history, that helps to arrive at the origins of emotional pain and greatly improve long-term effects of treatment.
